I am so glad that I have chosen FCS for the foundation repair, I knew little about the foundation lifting/repairing. Luckily, Rodrigo FCS was very helpful, he was very understandable of my concerns and explained patiently to make sure I was clear on the procedures: when who does what. Speak of execution, Danilo and his crew members executed as planned and their technician Gustavo magically directed the final lifting. The clean up was excellent and the shrubs were put back and live. I have used FCS Foundation for several projects for my house including adjusting the foundation, getting a beam installed to help support the new remodel of my house, french drain installation (including a drain install into the concrete), and some concrete work on my patio. They have always done an excellent job, are honest, the workers communicate with you about what they recommend and update you as they work. They take pride in their work and the company will send people back to make any adjustments if needed with no problem. Overall, they are honorable people with fair prices.
