TJ was very knowledgeable; he took the time to explain to me the serios foundation issues I had with my home and created a plan that worked for me. The plan had three stages that addressed the plumbing and drainage issues that were causing my foundation to fail. They were so careful with our house and our things. They protected our yard and patio from all the dirt, and dug out and replanted our roses perfectly. I was seriously SO impressed with their level of care. The quote for cost of work was very competitive and they just did an amazing job.

Afterwards, they even laid and packed down some of the extra dirt on the other side of our house where it was low AND raised up the accompanying sprinkler heads so they wouldn\u2019t be buried. They hauled away the rest.

I am typically very nervous about people working on our home. After receiving two other quotes, I called FCS. TJ came out and did a thorough inspection of the work we needed, and while still on site, provided a detailed scope of work that gave us confidence in our decision to hire them. As TJ promised, the team, led by Jaime & Mario, was very professional, prompt, respectful of our home and thorough in communicating expectations with us each day. When we did the final walk-through, we couldn\u2019t even tell they had added 26 piers around the perimeter of our home! They put everything back exactly as they found it AND sprayed all the mud off our patio and walkway! FCS Foundation and Concrete was a company recommended to me by a Real Estate Broker\/Contractor and they didn't disappoint. They had to deal with the constricted physical layout challenges of the property, and we're able to expertly overcome them. They removed 3 old compromised drains and installed a brand new system with 3 new 4\" pvc drains, rerouted a number of gutter downspouts properly into the drains, and installed a new sump pump with large capacity. Compared with other foundation and drain companies, the price was reasonable. They even picked up a special order of decorative rocks for us to cover the whole area, not just where the drains were. The concrete work they also did should help with the overall drainage so it flows the right way to prevent water penetration into the house.

Note, just be prepared that the whole process from the first assessment to the final bid could take some time if it's a complex project like ours was, especially if one is as picky with the details as I am, lol.
But it's worth it as these guys know what they are doing! I would highly recommend them!<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Extremely pleased with the foundation repair FCS completed. Just looking at my yard, you would never know I had foundation work done. All dirt was tamped down and left like it was prior to the job being started. One hole went through a flagstone patio. The crew took out one or two stones and then replaced perfectly. I can't even tell what stones were removed. Had a drainage issue a few weeks after completion. TJ scheduled and had the drainage issue fixed in no time at all.
