Our Core Values

Get a glimpse into what it’s like working at FCS Foundation Repair and Concrete Services from our team members.

Every day brings a new challenge, but that’s what I love about working at FCS. In the morning, I coordinate with my teams to ensure everyone has what they need for the day’s projects. Throughout the day, I visit different job sites to check progress and help solve any issues that arise. The company provides all the tools and support we need to succeed, and seeing a customer’s satisfaction when we restore their home’s foundation is incredibly rewarding.

The best part is the team atmosphere – we’re like family here.
Raul
Project Manager
My day starts with a team huddle to review the job details and safety procedures. I make sure everyone understands their role and has the proper equipment. During the project, I work alongside my crew while also ensuring we’re following the repair plan exactly. FCS has invested in my training over the years, which has allowed me to advance from a crew member to supervising my own team. The company recognizes hard work and provides opportunities to grow.

I appreciate how management listens to our input on improving processes.
