What you get
Up to $200 for every referral that becomes a completed repair
Refer a friend, neighbor, family member or client. When FCS finishes their foundation, concrete or drainage project, you get a thank-you check. There is no limit on how many people you can refer.
How it works
1. Tell us who you’re referring. Use the form below or call (972) 975-9338 and mention your name. We need your contact details and theirs so we can credit you.
2. They book a free evaluation. Our Structural Analyst inspects the property, takes elevation readings, and walks them through the options. No obligation.
3. The work gets done. If they hire FCS and the project is completed, we send your reward. Small jobs earn a smaller thank-you; full foundation repairs earn the full $200.
The details
Who can refer: anyone. Past customers, neighbors, real estate agents, property managers, inspectors, contractors.
Who counts as a referral: a property owner who has not contacted FCS before and who names you (or is named by you) before their evaluation.
When you’re paid: after the project is complete and paid in full, usually within 30 days.
What qualifies: residential and commercial foundation repair, concrete, drainage and plumbing work performed by FCS. Evaluations that don’t turn into a project don’t earn a reward, but they cost your referral nothing either.
Real estate professionals: referral rewards are paid to you directly and are not tied to any transaction. If your brokerage has rules on referral payments, check with them first.
Questions
Can I refer someone who already called FCS?
Only if they haven’t had an evaluation yet. Tell us before the inspection and we’ll credit you.
Is there a limit?
No. Refer as many people as you like; each completed project earns its own reward.
Does my referral get anything?
They get the same free evaluation, honest recommendation and lifetime transferable warranty as every FCS customer. If you’d like to split your reward with them, tell us and we’ll make it happen.
